Returns:
Damaged or Leakage Drums: If you receive a drum that is damaged/ Leakage during transit, please contact our Customer Service Immediately. If it is Ex warehouse delivery then damage will be to your account and if it delivered then damage will be to our account.
Rejected Material: If you receive a Material that does not match our Specification, please notify us immediately. We will take action against the same.
Return Process: If material is not as per the specification , we will replace or return the material.
Contact our Customer Service at info@delchem.in to inform us about the return.
Return Shipping:
If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return transport costs.
If the return is due to reasons other than our error, you will be responsible for the return transport costs.
Cancellations:
Order Cancellation: Order cancellations are not possible after the PO is generated.
